CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

We are currently seeking a Construction Manager to lead our General Contracting and Construction Division, specializing in large-scale residential renovations, additions, and investment property developments. This role involves working closely with a team of motivated professionals to identify opportunities, competitively bid on projects, and oversee successful residential rehabilitations and developments across Windsor, Essex, and Chatham-Kent.

Past, Current, and Future Projects
This single family house was renovated and converted into a semi-detached property through an addition on the left side of the house. The new semi-detached unit has an additional ADU in the basement and a detached ADU in the backyard.
Construction will start in a couple months. This duplex will have an addition added to the back with 3 new units, and the existing duplex will be renovated, with a 4th new unit added to the basement of the duplex.
This project is planned for 2025. A single family house will be replaced with a purpose built 6-plex rental.
Renovations aren’t always replacing a bathroom, kitchen, or flooring. Thinking outside the box, this sunken living room (originally a garage), was raised and turned into a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite.
When renovating a bathroom it isn’t necessary to keep the same layout, especially when it can be more functional.
Sitting on a single lot, a semi-detached dwelling was built fronting a second street. Later the semi-detached dwelling and the duplex were severed.

Exterior renovations are a great way to bring life back into a properties curb appeal. It isn’t uncommon, when we renovate a property, that the external is updated too.
This kitchen looks a whole lot different after the renovation, which included opening up the space to both the dining and living areas.
